Most common errors and possible solutions
Having trouble importing files or creating networks in Qatium? This guide covers common errors and fixes.
Uncategorized file
This error mainly affects to files containing asset information. It means the category (asset type) assigned to the file falls out of Qatium standards.
To solve it you need to include some of the reserved words (aliases) in the filename so we can identify the asset type.
Ignored file
We only admit 1 INP and 1 Signal Mapping file at a time. If you dropped several INP and/or Signal Mapping files into Qatium, we’ll only process the first we receive one and ignore the rest.
Avoid duplications with INP and Signal Mapping files by merging all the information in just 1 file.
If you upload one file after the other, the latter will replace the existing one.
Not supported file
You can upload almost everything into Qatium, but there are some file extensions we don't support.
Make sure the files you are trying to upload are supported by Qatium, and try again.
