What happens if my subscription expires?

If we are unable to renew your subscription, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan. Meaning that you’ll lose access to some features falling within paid plans.  

  • We’ll move the data in shared workspaces to the owner’s personal workspace.
  • All shared workspaces within the organization will be deleted. 
  • All users will only have access to their own personal workspace, My networks. 
  • Any previously shared network will be unshared.

Please, contact us if you are experiencing any issues.

Make sure you keep your payment details up to date to avoid your subscription expiring.
