How to report a bug

Before reporting a bug

  1. Check the Qatium Status Page to see if it’s a performance problem
  2. Check if the issue is also happening in incognito (private) mode and a different browser
  3. Disable the browser extensions. Sometimes they may cause some issues.
  4. If you experience performance issues on a specific network, try duplicating it and see if the issue persists on the copied one.

How to report a bug

If any of the steps above solve the problem, contact us and provide as many details as possible - this will help us understand your issue right away so we can better help you.

  1. Describe the issue including screenshots, GIFs, or a short video.
  2. If the issue happens on a specific network, share the network ID with us.

If the issue is about a specific uploaded file, send us the file.

Specify your device, operating system, and browser version.

Optional: if you know how to do it, you can also provide your browser console and network logs.
