Only network owners can download networks. If you don’t see the download icon, it means that you don’t have the permissions to do it. Ask the network owner to upgrade your role, or download the network themself.
If nothing happens after clicking on the Download button, you might have:
- Some Internet connection issues
- Corporate security settings that prevent you from downloading files from the Internet
- To select the folder for download–this window or notification might be hidden.
