When trying to sign in to Qatium, we’ll send you a one-time code at the e-mail address you are using to access Qatium. If you don’t receive the code:
- Check your spam folder
- Make sure the e-mail address is correct
Sometimes, strong corporate Spam filters can delay the reception of the code. If you receive the code but that it takes a long time, we would recommend reaching out to your IT team so they can take Qatium out of Spam.
