Before reporting a bug
- Check the Qatium Status Page to see if it’s a performance problem
- Check if the issue is also happening in incognito (private) mode and a different browser
- Disable the browser extensions. Sometimes they may cause some issues.
- If you experience performance issues on a specific network, try duplicating it and see if the issue persists on the copied one.
How to report a bug

- Describe the issue including screenshots, GIFs, or a short video.
- If the issue happens on a specific network, share the network ID with us.

Specify your device, operating system, and browser version.
Optional: if you know how to do it, you can also provide your browser console and network logs.
