As you know, with Qatium, you can test different situations and operations and assess their performance on your network. That’s what we call creating scenarios.
Check the Scenario controls to know the basics before starting to run scenarios. Once you are ready, explore the following articles to learn how to perform the most common scenarios:
The moment you start testing and editing assets in your network, Qatium will change automatically from My network to My scenario in the Network version panel, and you’ll be able to see how it affects your network.
Some scenarios can cause the simulation to "stop" mid-execution. For example: If a pipe/valve/pump in the network is closed isolating the entirety of demands in the network, the simulation will be unsuccessful. This can happen for the whole simulation or for the time step when this closure occurs.
